Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at graelinenco@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Graé reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
